How to reset Apple device if device is disabled or forgot pascode/password

1st thing to say is sorry all windows users this is for Mac OS X Yosemite and El Capitan.

the very 1st step is to install it from the App store IT IS FREE it is called Apple Configurator 2.
The 2nd step is to open Apple Configurator and a list of devices connected to your mac will show
the 3rd step is right-click on your device and you have a list on options. If your device is disabled you will need to choose restore and it will restore your device to the latest software for that device you have.
