One author said that it was a good idea for border walls because it protects the people inside of the country. The author also said that its going to take a lot of money and time to build the walls but its worth it. The wall can be up to 25 ft tall and 400 ft wide. The wall can keep people from jumping the border and coming to a country illegally and to protect if that country is in war or being attacked by another country.
Another author said that it was a bad idea for border walls because it keeps people from trading goods. The bad side to the border walls is people are going to have to work harder to make the walls. People are going to have to live with being in a boxed country.
My opinion on border walls is its not a good idea because border walls are just boxing a country up and giving more security and more reasons to leave. If my country was boxed up by walls i would leave a go to a country that is open and border wall free. If I were a worker for a country that wants a border wall build i would quit. Border walls is just another way of keeping people out of that country and to make them feel like they live in a country that is high security and doesn't make them feel safe.
